Please provide Russian American Consulting with the following information to acquire an entry visa for Uzbekistan:

	· a valid passport
	· a filled out application: form-has to be filled out on the computer. Consulate will not accept forms filled out by hand. Please fill out the application and make sure to sign before sending
	· one passport size photo (2" x 2"): example
	· a prepaid FedEx airbill, if you want your visa mailed to you
	· a check for the amount specified below, depending on visa type

Fees given in table apply to the citizens of all countries, except for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Spain, Switzerland, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PROCESSING FEE (THIS INCLUDES THE INVITATION LETTER) ARE ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PRICES LISTED BELOW.

* For each additional entry the fee of $10 is charged.

Visa fee and processing time for citizens of Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland (citizens of Japan pay only administrative fee, which is different from the visa fee):

Multiple entries (tourist/private/business) up to one month – $ 80.00 (three business days processing)
Multiple entries (business) up to one year – $ 270.00 (three business days processing)

Visa fee for citizens of Turkmenistan:

single entry up to 10 days stay – $ 60 (10 business day processing)
single entry up to 20 days stay – $ 70 (10 business day processing)
single entry up to one month stay – $ 80 (10 business day processing)
each additional month – $ 40
multiple entries up to one month – $ 80 (10 business day processing)
each additional month – $ 40
transit visa – $ 55

Visa fee for citizens of Tadjikistan and Kyrgyztan:

multiple entries up to one month – $ 24 (10 business day processing)
multiple entries up to six months – $ 30 (10 business day processing)
multiple entries up to one year – $ 40 (10 business day processing)

Please make money orders or certified checks payable to the "Consulate General of Uzbekistan". Visa fee is non-refundable. Consulate General reserves the right to deny issuance of any visa without providing an explanation. If the payment is made by Canadian money order, please add $10 on your money order. The U.S. bank charges $10 fee for the money transfer from the Canadian banks.
